Personal Coaching/ Monthly

Get highly customized training working directly with your coach. Includes a custom one-month training plan, weekly check-ins, free alterations to training plans and feedback from your coach on workouts and races.

Three Month Schedule

A custom made three-month training plan. Ideal for athletes who have a solid base of fitness and need help preparing for a specific goal race. Includes a free consultation and a custom three-month training plan.

In-Person/ Per Session/ Local Only

Local athletes only (California: Modesto, Turlock, Manteca, Tracy and surrounding areas). Ideal for athletes on the personal coaching plan and/or 3 month plan. Ideal for in person coaching on specific workout days. Ability to provide live feedback and make any necessary changes to workouts in real time. Limited Spaces available. Typically 60 to 90 minute sessions.
